Renewable power plants across Brazil
An asset that is online can drift and fail without anyone noticing. Metrion turns O&M into predictable performance through technology, method, data and execution: asset management aligned with ISO 55001, for plants above 1 MW, in distributed and utility-scale generation.

Where the plants under management are today
Running plants across 11 regions of the country is not running the same plant 11 times. Irradiance, soiling, rainfall regime and spare-part logistics change from one region to the next, and so do the criticality of each asset and the interval of every routine.
That is why the plan comes from the history and the criticality of that plant's own assets, not from a standard calendar copied from one region to another. The Operations Center follows the whole portfolio from one place, and engineering works the deviation on the asset that caused it.
The asset life cycle
Construction lasts eight months. The O&M contract lasts two or three years.
Have you run into any of these symptoms?
The report shows how much was missing. It does not show where the loss started, or who answers for it.
Generic plans become the norm: the same plan for a plant in Minas Gerais and one in Ceará, or a plan that ignores how the assets are distributed, with no criticality analysis.
The failure comes back, the warranty expires and the claim does not hold up. A loss with no record becomes a permanent cost.
The as built arrives incomplete, the team changes, and the asset history leaves with it.
Standalone SCADA and apps show the event. Without engineering cross checking the data, the critical component stays unprotected.
Weather and the utility also take their share. Without the loss broken down by cause, there is nothing to claim.
None of this is a failure of the people who operate: it is the consequence of an industry that learned to build faster than it learned to operate.
Construction lasts eight months. The asset has to run for 25 years.
Why Metrion
Building an asset is one thing.
Running its life cycle for 25 years is another.
Technical experience in renewables, with full command of management, operation, maintenance and performance.
Asset management structured on the requirements of ISO 55001. Maintenance plan built on RCM: asset hierarchy, operational and safety risks, failure mode and downtime cost define criticality, not the calendar.
Remote Operations Center running 12/7 or 24/7, with Engineering and Data Analysis leading operations. Everyone monitors. Cross checking data with engineering is what sets us apart.
From 65% to 84% PR in 30 days, measured against the plant's own baseline: a 3.05 MWp PV plant in central Minas Gerais, Brazil.

P&L and ROI management for the asset
The difference is not the tool. It is who answers when the number does not add up.
The three solutions
Ten services in three solutions. The order starts with what nobody delivers and only then reaches what everybody sells.
Someone has to answer for the asset's result, not just for its repair.
We take over the administrative management of the portfolio's operation and maintenance, with method, indicators and a decision routine, to meet or beat the business plan. When the client opens the books, we work inside the asset's P&L to track ROI.
A plan is only worth something if someone executes it, records it and proves it.
On site or remote operation from our Remote Operations Center, running 12/7 or 24/7, with daily incident tracking and a daily operations report. Maintenance as a single service, from preventive to corrective. Upkeep and cleaning of the whole asset, from vegetation management to building maintenance.
Maintenance also available on a one off basis (SPOT).

Design from concept to detail, commissioning, construction management and owner's engineering. Technical due diligence for those buying, selling or simply needing to know what they hold. Retrofit to move the asset up a level.

The method
Metrion's performance management method breaks the gap between target and actual into three levels through deviation decomposition. When the loss is external, it is measured and recorded. When it is ours, it is named and scheduled for action.
TARGET: generation simulation (e.g. PVSyst) · WEATHER: GHI, POA, GRI · DC SIDE: soiling, temperature, low irradiance · AC SIDE: clipping, inverter efficiency, electrical efficiency · DOWNTIME: internal and external · UNASSIGNED: cross cutting, with no loss hidden · OBSERVED: generation measured in the cycle
The 4.2 MWh of downtime from level 1, broken down by responsibility. External loss is measured and recorded exactly like internal loss, because without a record there is nothing to claim. Zero is information too.
The 20.5 MWh of attributable loss, broken down by the asset that caused it. When the cost justifies it, root cause analysis follows. The close is an action plan with deviation, action, owner and status.
Every lost kWh has a cause, an owner and a deadline.
An inverter with a recurring failure that takes 16 MWh in the cycle. Leaving the root cause untreated can generate R$ 90k+ per year.
Case
3.05 MWp PV plant, central Minas Gerais, Brazil. Measured against the plant's own baseline. As of July 2026.
Show me 360° ManagementA model 3.50 MWp PV plant generates around 6,000 MWh per year, which at roughly R$ 500/MWh means revenue of R$ 3.0 million per year. Without specialized management, the learning curve eats 60% of one year of generation over the first four: R$ 1.8 million in accumulated deficit. Add the in house structure you no longer need to build by hiring Metrion, which covers technical staff, technology, licenses and hardware, among others, at around R$ 840k per year, and operating without specialized management costs close to R$ 1.3 million per year.

Who it is for
Plants above 1 MW, from a single owner to a portfolio with or without structured governance.
Owners or investors with a single plant and no dedicated technical team. The natural entry point is the technical assessment.
Growth without an in house structure sized for it. This is where the pain of scaling without losing control shows up first.
Demanding governance, committees and long cycles. Management with auditable indicators, an executive routine and formal accountability for results.
Assets connected to the transmission grid, with their own regulatory and contractual demands. Executive routine and formal accountability for results.
Who trusts us

The team is committed to solving the plant's problems and is always quick to respond. I signed with METRION for two reasons: the technical team and the software.
In line with our expectations for quality, responsiveness, technical knowledge and accuracy. Remote monitoring lets us supervise and control how our PV plants are running.
