What we collect

On the diagnostic form: name, work email, WhatsApp, portfolio capacity and the solution you are interested in. When you submit it we also record the date and time of your consent, the IP address and the browser used. Those last three exist for one reason only: they are the proof that consent was given, and when.

What for

To answer the diagnostic you asked for and so the sales team can talk to you about it. The legal basis is twofold: the pre-contractual steps you requested yourself and your consent to be contacted. We do not use this data for anything else, and we do not add your email to a mailing blast.

Who we share it with

The record goes into Metrion's own CRM and a notice goes to the sales team by email, delivered by the provider Resend. The site is hosted on Vercel. If you would rather continue on WhatsApp, the conversation runs there. We do not sell or transfer data to third parties.

For how long

For as long as the commercial conversation lasts and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a legal duty to keep it applies. After that, the record is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, portability or to stop being contacted at any time, and you can withdraw consent without having to justify it. Write to comercial@metrion.com.br. We answer within 15 days.

Cookies

The site uses no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies and no audience analytics tool. Nothing you do here is stored in your browser to identify you later.

When we are processors, not controllers

This page covers the data you send us yourself through the site, and for that data Metrion is the controller. For the generation and operation data of the plants we manage, it is the generator client who decides on the processing: there Metrion is the processor and follows their instructions. The distinction is detailed in the Personal Data Protection Policy.
